Ion EC4 Utility Cart- a powerful electric utility vehicle

The ZeroNox Ion EC4 is a powerful all-electric utility vehicle. It was built to handle tough work environments with long hours. With the ZeroNox battery upgrade, this model can operate for 60+ miles before needing a recharge. With four people on board the EC4 can still reach speeds up to 30 miles per hour and can handle a loads in excess of half a ton. It only takes 3.5 hours to return to a full battery charge and requires zero battery maintenance throughout the years.

Ion Caesar Luxury Shuttle – a comfortable and reliable electric shuttle

The Caesar Luxury Shuttle has two primary objectives, comfort and reliability. Transport up to 14 guests on plush leather seating and glide to your destination while speaking to your passengers on the telecom system. The Caesar has been upgraded with ZeroNox battery technology that will enable you to run more hours on a single charge and maintain speed and efficiency throughout a long work day. STEP 1: VEHICLE ASSESSMENT & PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

It’s always best to start with questions before providing answers. Before a project can even begin, the ZeroNox team of engineers assess your current vehicles design and determine the desired performance for a new complete power system.

STEP 2: POWERTRAIN DESIGN, SOURCING & ASSEMBLY

Once the area limitations are measured and the performance has been determined, the ZeroNox team of engineers go to work to source quality American, German, Chinese, and Taiwanese parts necessary to create a drive train that is cost efficient, powerful and maintenance free. The team will work with your manufacturing plant to ensure your assembly line is properly retooled for the coming improvements.

STEP 3: BATTERY DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, AND PRODUCTION ENGINEERING

Batteries custom built to the dimension requirements and your performance requirements are designed, manufactured and tested in cooperation with the new drivetrain. The finished, tested batteries will then be manufactured and delivered to your manufacturing facility for final placement into your new upgraded vehicle.
