Driving electric vehicle adoption

EV Connect Is Building a Better Planet by Enabling the Distribution of Electricity as a Fuel

In August 2022, EV Connect was named in Inc. Magazine’s Annual Inc. 5000 list, as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. This happened for very good reasons, thanks to a dynamic, responsive and seasoned CEO and management team. Another reason was because the company prioritized development of an open standard EV charging solution, and designed their tools to be hardware agnostic from the beginning.

Jordan Ramer, founder and CEO of EV Connect, started the company in 2009 to combat the threat to our planet posed by environmental pollution, caused by the transportation sector. Before founding EV Connect, Ramer worked for AeroVironment, manufacturer of the first EV fast-charging stations. Ramer recognized the challenges faced by early EV adopters and realized a better solution was needed.

Today, EV Connect leads the EV charging sector with their many valuable offerings for EV drivers and EV Charging business customers alike. EV Connect’s customers include Avista Utilities, Jelly Belly, Caltrans, Verizon, Dell, County of Los Angeles California, Audi, Marriott, and many more.
