LA Auto Show’s ‘Electric Ave’ Offers Test Drives of Leading EVs, 11/22-12/1

The Los Angeles Auto Show has announced that the exciting 2024 event will feature an extensive lineup of ride-and-drive experiences, showcasing over 40 different models from European, Japanese, Korean, and domestic automakers. Starting on Friday, November 22, and running through Sunday, December 1, visitors will have the chance to test-drive a remarkable range of cars, crossovers, SUVs, and trucks at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The Los Angeles Auto Show will run for 10 full days this year, including Thanksgiving Day, making it a must-attend event for prospective car buyers, industry executives, influencers, car enthusiasts, and families seeking a memorable holiday outing. The show not only offers a premier automotive experience but also plays a significant role in the city’s economy. It contributes hundreds of millions of dollars to Los Angeles, supports local employment, and stands as the top revenue generator for the Convention Center, highlighting its impact as a key event in the region.

This year’s lineup includes gas, hybrid, and electric vehicles, providing both enthusiasts and prospective buyers with a unique opportunity to explore and compare various driving experiences. “Electric Avenue,” Presented by Ampure, Offers a Wide Variety of EVs

At the LA Auto Show’s “Electric Avenue,” presented by Ampure, attendees have the chance to test-drive a variety of electric vehicles on a nearly 1-mile track around the Los Angeles Convention Center. This unique experience allows participants to feel the performance and thrill of EVs firsthand, featuring models like the Cadillac Lyriq, Rivian R1T and R1S, Chevrolet Silverado, Blazer, and Equinox EVs, the VinFast VF8, Kia EV9 GT-Line and EV6 GT models, and the luxurious Lucid Air.

Inside the main halls, visitors can also enjoy immersive EV track experiences integrated into the displays of major brands like Hyundai, Volkswagen, and Nissan. Volkswagen’s setup includes an exclusive, dynamic drive with the ID. Buzz, while Nissan showcases the ARIYA on its dedicated track. Hyundai’s display allows attendees to explore the driving capabilities of the IONIQ 5 N, IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, and KONA Electric models. These interactive tracks provide an in-depth experience of the latest in EV technology from some of the world’s leading automotive brands.
