Driving electric vehicle adoption

Climate XChange Announces Latest EV Raffle, Celebrating 10-Year Raffle Program

A decade ago, Climate XChange found a creative way to accelerate transportation decarbonization, by raffling off a fully customized electric vehicle while raising funds to advance climate policy. Ten years later, the organization is celebrating this milestone with not one, but two raffles that give you double the chances to win your dream EV.

For those eyeing a luxury ride, the Luxury Raffle offers a Grand Prize of any electric vehicle on the market valued up to $120,000, with all taxes and fees covered by Climate XChange. Tickets are $250 each, and only 5,000 will be sold. Runners-up will take home $12,500 and $7,500, while early birds who purchase tickets by October 30, 2025, are eligible for a $10,000 Early Bird Prize.

If you’re looking for something more affordable, the Mini Raffle features a top prize of any EV up to $45,000, also fully covered by Climate XChange. Mini Raffle tickets are just $100, and only 3,500 will be sold, making it an accessible way to go electric while supporting climate action.

Both raffles are conducted with complete transparency. The drawings will be livestreamed, with independent auditors verifying every entry to ensure fairness. Over the past nine raffles, winners have driven away in dream vehicles, last year’s winner chose a storm blue Rivian R1T.

Beyond the excitement of winning, every ticket helps advance state-level climate policy. As federal climate progress faces obstacles, Climate XChange is empowering states to lead with research, policy collaboration, and advocacy. Their work drives real reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, and now, you can help make that happen while driving the change yourself.

About Climate XChange: Empowering States to Lead on Climate Policy

Climate XChange (CXC) is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to accelerating an equitable, zero-emissions future by empowering state leaders to drive climate progress. While national climate action often faces political and policy hurdles, CXC fills the gap by equipping states with the tools, data, and connections they need to implement ambitious and effective climate policies.

At the heart of this effort is the State Climate Policy Network (SCPN), a vibrant community of more than 15,000 advocates, policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders working together to advance climate policy at the state level. Through the SCPN, members gain access to free, virtual support including timely policy updates, expert-led events, curated resources, and direct guidance from CXC’s experienced staff. The network also facilitates collaboration among peers, helping state actors learn from one another’s successes and challenges in the pursuit of equitable climate solutions.

CXC also powers the State Climate Policy Dashboard, the most comprehensive public resource for tracking and comparing climate policy progress across all 50 states. The Dashboard features detailed information on more than 65 key policies across major climate sectors, from clean energy standards and building decarbonization to transportation electrification and environmental justice. It also includes model legislation, key resources, and a comparison tool that enables policymakers and advocates to identify best practices and accelerate action.

Together, these tools make Climate XChange a trusted hub for data-driven, collaborative, and impactful climate policymaking, supporting a nationwide movement toward a cleaner, more equitable economy.
