BMW Group Belux Announces Largest Ever Delivery of 723 EVs to PWC Belgium
PwC Belgium is taking a major step toward its goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2030 with a record delivery of 723 electric vehicles and a significant expansion of its charging infrastructure. BMW announced the firm is adding 300 MINI Aceman and 423 BMW iX1 eDrive20 models to its fleet, making electric driving accessible to more employees while accelerating its transition away from fossil fuels.
“Our ambition to become CO₂ neutral by 2030 guides all our decisions,” says Patrick Boone, CEO of PwC Belgium. “Electrifying our fleet is an important step in reducing our emissions, and we are committed to making this transition as transparent as possible for our employees.”
Gabriel Goffoy, General Manager of MINI Belux, said: “MINI positions itself as a pioneer with a model perfectly suited to business needs. The 5 doors MINI Aceman, offering up to 402 km of range according to the WLTP cycle, embodies a modern, innovative, and well-designed crossover. As a zero-emission vehicle, it addresses the demands of sustainable urban mobility while serving as a strategic choice for young talent within organizations. We are proud to once again earn the confidence of PwC Belgium in this important collaboration”.
To support the growing number of electric vehicles, PwC Belgium is installing 270 new charging points across its offices. This brings the total to 475, ensuring convenient workplace charging and strengthening the company’s wider sustainability strategy. These efforts complement ongoing investments in building energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy.
“Home charging remains a challenge, especially for younger colleagues. That’s why we are installing 270 new charging points at the office, removing a major barrier to electric driving and ensuring safe, sustainable, and convenient commutes,” Boone said.

“This delivery of 723 electric vehicles reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainable and innovative mobility solutions. Through close collaboration with forward-thinking partners like PwC Belgium, we go beyond supplying vehicles. We play an active role in shaping a more sustainable future by making electric mobility more attractive and accessible. This partnership enables us to offer ongoing, personalised support and a comprehensive range of services, from flexible financing options to reliable roadside assistance and dedicated after-sales service. Together, these elements ensure a smooth and reliable electric mobility experience that continuously adapts to the changing needs of our strategic partners,” explains Alexander Wehr, CEO of BMW Group Belux.
A long-standing partnership with BMW Group Belux plays a central role in this transition. Both organizations share a commitment to sustainable mobility, and the delivery of premium electric vehicles enables PwC Belgium employees to travel responsibly to the office and to client sites. A major fleet renewal is underway, replacing 499 diesel and hybrid vehicles with fully electric models. As a result, 90 percent of PwC Belgium’s fleet is now electric and/or hybrid, including 64 percent fully electric.
Employee mobility choices are also evolving. Since 2023, staff have been able to opt into the legal mobility budget, which supports alternatives such as bicycle leasing, public transport, and reimbursement of mortgage loan costs. About 23 percent of employees choose a smaller car, and 12 percent waive the company car entirely, reflecting a growing preference for sustainable transport options.
