Otovo And InCharge Energy Partner To Offer Solar, Battery Storage And EV Charging Services Across U.S.
On September 24, 2026, Otovo ASA and InCharge Energy announced a service partnership to offer commercial customers a single service relationship covering solar, battery storage and electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment. The partnership launched in California, Arizona, Texas and Florida, with additional state launches planned by the end of 2026.
Otovo and InCharge’s combined service offerings span more than 100,000 energy assets. The companies will offer each other’s preventive maintenance plans, with each company dispatching its own technicians. Otovo will bring its Endurance AI platform to the shared work, allowing jobs originating with either company to be logged, dispatched and closed against one site record. Each company will continue selling and performing services under its own brand.
“We built this partnership around a simple idea: a customer shouldn’t need multiple vendors just because their energy assets came from different systems,” said William J. (John) Berger, CEO of Otovo. “By joining forces on commercial energy service, we can seamlessly integrate work orders through Endurance, giving customers one call and one relationship instead of separate vendors and contracts for every system on site.”
InCharge CEO Rich Mohr said both companies have invested in technical talent and electrical field service capabilities. By utilizing InControl and Endurance together, he said, the companies can provide better asset intelligence to field teams and take a more proactive approach to managing EV charging, solar, battery storage and supporting electrical infrastructure.
Otovo currently services more than 60,000 customers. InCharge’s InControl software platform connects and supports more than 40,000 EV charging assets across more than 1,060 completed infrastructure projects. In 2025, InCharge completed more than 24,000 support cases, resolving approximately 80% of charger issues remotely, while InControl maintained 99.99% uptime.
InCharge’s network spans every U.S. state and Canadian province, supported by regional sales and service offices in Los Angeles, California; Richmond, Virginia; and Fort Worth, Texas, along with more than 100 field service staff.
Work orders will pass directly between the companies, with Endurance handling intake, dispatch and scheduling on the Otovo side. Each company will act as a reseller of the other’s preventive maintenance plans in launch markets while retaining its own customer relationships. Pricing for the reciprocal plans is matched.
The partnership targets commercial properties with multiple energy assets. A site with rooftop solar, battery storage, EV chargers and a backup generator typically requires separate contracts, response commitments and points of contact. Otovo and InCharge are combining their service capabilities to simplify maintenance across these systems.
