Parking Services Are Converging With EV Charging in the United States

Arrive is focused on improving the EV driver experience in the U.S. by eliminating the friction associated with EV charging and parking. At the highest level, Arrive is a global mobility platform, formerly known as EasyPark Group, that also owns ParkMobile and processes billions of transactions each year. Within Arrive, Parkopedia serves as the company’s dedicated automotive and data brand, developing seamless, integrated in-car connected services for automakers and millions of drivers worldwide.

Unified U.S. eMSP

One of the biggest challenges facing U.S. EV drivers is the need to juggle multiple charging apps. To address this, Arrive is set to  launch a unified U.S. eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) combining Parkopedia’s automotive-grade data with ParkMobile’s extensive North American network.

The new service gives ParkMobile’s 65 million users a “one account” experience, allowing them to use their existing accounts to locate, reserve, and pay for both parking and EV charging. Through multi-contract Plug & Charge capabilities, the platform will work directly with Charge Point Operators (CPOs) so drivers can automatically find the lowest-cost charging session regardless of network. Arrive also supports commercial EV fleets by enabling fleet managers to oversee charging and parking through their existing fleet management software.

Premium In-Car EV Services

Through Parkopedia, Arrive partners directly with automakers to integrate charging, parking, and payment services into vehicle infotainment systems.

The company offers deep integration with platforms such as Android Automotive OS (AAOS) with Google built-in. Recent collaborations with automakers including BYD, through the ParkPay app, and Leapmotor demonstrate how automated parking, toll payments, and public EV charging payments can be embedded directly into the vehicle’s dashboard.

Parkopedia is also developing highly detailed indoor mapping and routing technology that can guide both human drivers and autonomous vehicles to available EV chargers inside large parking structures where GPS signals are often unreliable.

To improve the overall driver experience, the platform delivers real-time charger availability, charging speed filters, and transparent pricing information directly within the vehicle. This aligns with consumer demand, as more than 97% of U.S. drivers report they want parking, fueling, and charging services combined into a single platform.

Bringing Parking and Charging Together

By combining Arrive’s global scale, ParkMobile’s large U.S. customer base, and Parkopedia’s deep in-car integrations, the company is helping bridge the gap between parking and EV charging. The goal is to make every step of the process, from arriving at a destination to parking, charging, and paying, as seamless as possible for EV drivers.

Arrive combines some of the most trusted names in urban mobility, EasyPark, ParkMobile, RingGo, Parkimeter, Flowbird, YourParkingSpace, Parkopedia, and Yellowbrick, into one global force offering smarter, more seamless travel. Founded in 2025 and built on over 70 years of mobility innovation, the company’s team of over 4,000 people supports nearly 60 million users in more than 20,000 cities across more than 90 countries.
