On July 14, 2026, EV analytics company Paren released The State of the EV Charging Industry Q2 2026, a report detailing that the second quarter was another strong quarter for the deployment and performance of DCFC charging stations in the U.S., with 4,382 new ports added. The strong June 2026 year-over-year increase in sessions of 3.5 million (+29%) was a great sign for charging companies. Reliability continued to improve driven primarily by the large volume of more reliable new ports added.

Coverage applies to eligible charging cable assemblies and connectors regardless of the cause of damage, subject to the program’s terms and conditions. Whether a cable is damaged by theft, vandalism, weather events, accidental contact, or routine operational incidents, the program is intended to help minimize downtime and get charging stations back online as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The protection plan is available for qualifying Autel chargers that are enrolled before deployment or while still covered under the Autel Limited Product Warranty.

Cable Protection Plus

For customers seeking additional support, Autel is also offering Cable Protection Plus. This enhanced service includes OEM replacement components along with installation performed by Autel Energy North America or an Authorized Autel Service Partner. Under the program’s service objectives, replacement parts are targeted for delivery to customer sites within 48 business hours, and technicians are scheduled for dispatch within 48 business hours. These goals are intended to provide greater operational certainty and help reduce disruptions caused by damaged charging equipment.

Special Launch Promotion for CALeVIP Customers

Autel is introducing a special promotion for qualifying customers participating in the upcoming CALeVIP funding cycle.
