Bird to Exclusively Provide Shared e-Scooter Service in Indio, California, Home of Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals

The unique agreement will enable Bird to introduce its shared e-scooter service to the renowned “City of Festivals”. Indio, famously recognized as the home of the Coachella festival, which is set to commence on Friday, April 15, and Stagecoach, scheduled later this month, will now benefit from Bird’s eco-friendly transportation solution. The move signifies Bird’s commitment to reducing carbon footprint and enhancing urban mobility in event-packed cities.

As the cost of gasoline continues to surge, Bird’s innovative program arrives at a pivotal juncture, offering a clean, sustainable alternative to gas-powered transportation. This initiative is particularly significant considering the recent expansion of Bird’s vehicle fleet in major metropolitan areas such as New York City and Washington, D.C.
