Lucid Announces Gravity X Concept, $7,500 Lucid Advantage Credit
Last week at Monterey Car Week, Lucid Motors unveiled the Gravity X concept, an adventurous evolution of its upcoming all-electric luxury SUV, the Lucid Gravity. Building upon the performance and versatility of the Lucid Gravity Grand Touring, which already boasts up to 450 miles of EPA-estimated range, all-wheel drive, and a 0–60 mph time of just 3.4 seconds—the Gravity X explores how far Lucid can push the boundaries of capability and design.
While the Gravity Grand Touring offers three-row seating for up to seven passengers and generous cargo capacity, the Gravity X concept takes this foundation further, reimagining the SUV as a refined yet rugged companion for those who seek adventure. Its California-inspired design evokes journeys from the Big Sur coastline to the Sierra Nevadas and even into the extremes of Death Valley.

The Gravity X features redesigned front and rear fascias for improved approach and departure angles, as well as a wider track, lifted ride height, 21/22-inch all-terrain tires, and protective skid plates for trail-ready performance. Functional upgrades include integrated crossbars, a roof box, and tow hooks, ensuring drivers can bring along all the gear needed for any expedition.
Visually, the Gravity X stands out with Astral Drift satin paint, orange accents, brushed metal details, and Lucid’s Stealth Appearance package. Subtle design flourishes include topographical references to Big Sur and Death Valley etched into the hood and geographic coordinates of Pebble Beach stamped onto sill plates and rocker trim, paying homage to both California landscapes and the Monterey debut.
Inside, the Gravity X maintains Lucid’s hallmark luxury and spaciousness while adding durability for rugged use. Premium leather seating, high-performance floor mats, a microsuede steering wheel for enhanced grip, and walnut wood inlays balance refinement with resilience.

The Lucid Gravity Advantage Credit – Customers Benefit from the $7500 Leasing Credit Beyond September 30 Until Year End
For several years, the $7,500 Federal Electric Vehicle Credit has helped make electric vehicles more accessible, encouraging more drivers to embrace the benefits of going electric. According to Lucid, the incentive has played a meaningful role in empowering customers to make the switch to EVs.
With the federal credit set to expire on September 30, Lucid announced it will provide an equivalent benefit through the end of the year. The company has introduced the Lucid Advantage Credit, a program designed to seamlessly extend the $7,500 value to qualifying Lucid Gravity lease customers.
About the Program
Customers who place an order for a Lucid Gravity by September 30 and lease their vehicle between October 1 and December 31 will be eligible for the $7,500 Lucid Advantage Credit.
Existing qualifying customers are also included.
No additional steps are required, the benefit will be applied automatically.
By offering this solution, Lucid ensures its customers continue to receive the same value even as government incentives shift.
