National Car Charging Wins Sourcewell Contract, Opening Fast-Track EVSE Procurement for Public Agencies

National Car Charging, a Colorado-based provider of EV charging infrastructure, announced this week it has secured a Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract that will streamline how public agencies across the U.S. buy charging equipment and services. The agreement allows governments to bypass lengthy procurement processes and access pre-negotiated pricing on a wide array of EV charging solutions.

Through the contract, state and local agencies can purchase hardware from ChargePoint, Kempower, G9EV and FractalEV, along with software platforms including ChargePoint, ChargEye, EV Connect and Monta. Maintenance and field services will be offered through ChargerHelp as well as National Car Charging’s own support programs.

The company’s offerings span campus parking lots, fleet depots, school transportation yards and even marine facilities. To date, National Car Charging has installed more than 13,000 charging ports in 48 states, serving over 1,300 customers nationwide.

Founded in 2011, National Car Charging provides planning, design, installation and long-term maintenance support for EV infrastructure projects. Governments and nonprofits make up roughly 60 percent of its business, reflecting its deep experience in public-sector electrification.

The new Sourcewell contract runs through 2029, positioning the company to play an expanded role in accelerating government-led EV charging deployments across the country.
