According to Coral Charge, its streamlined deployment process includes roughly sixteen weeks for manufacturing and shipping, four weeks for system design, two weeks for installation, and two weeks for commissioning for a total of 24 weeks. In comparison, many California charging projects reportedly require approximately 50 weeks from site acquisition to activation, including extended utility permitting timelines. These would be projects that don’t require any added capacity on-site, with timelines being affected simply from the permits to add load.

Coral Charge’s charging hubs are designed to benefit both EV drivers and commercial site hosts. Drivers gain access to ultra-fast charging capable of delivering up to 320kW of energy per hour while charging beneath solar-powered canopies. The off-grid design also removes the exposure to electricity pricing volatility, as Coral keeps prices stable at $0.50, where competitive, while supporting lower-carbon transportation
