Windsor House of Cars Begins Exclusive Delivery of the World’s Fastest Supercar
Windsor House of Cars announced a landmark 25-year exclusive global distribution agreement with Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC) for the Hyper SSR, China’s first mass-produced supercar and one of the most advanced electric supercars ever developed. Under the agreement, Windsor House of Cars will serve as the sole Value-Added Reseller of the Hyper SSR in every international market except Thailand and the United Arab Emirates.
The agreement is among the longest exclusive distribution partnerships ever established in the luxury automotive sector and places Windsor House of Cars at the forefront of a major shift in supercar manufacturing. For the first time, a Chinese automaker is producing a flagship performance vehicle designed to compete directly with renowned supercar manufacturers from Italy, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Exclusivity is central to the Hyper SSR strategy, with annual production intentionally limited to just 330 vehicles worldwide. Over the 25-year agreement, fewer than 8,300 units will ever be produced, positioning the Hyper SSR among the rarest collector automobiles in the world.
“Scarcity is not a marketing tactic — it is a design philosophy,” said John Probandt, Chairman, Founder & CEO of Windsor House of Cars. “Each Hyper SSR takes weeks of painstaking aerospace-grade craftsmanship to produce. We will not compromise that process to make more cars. We will make exactly 330 to 500 per year, allocate them carefully across global markets, and ensure that every single owner becomes part of a community that will never exceed a few thousand people worldwide.”
The Hyper SSR represents a complete reimagining of the supercar concept. Powered by GAC’s advanced two-speed four-in-one electric drive system, the vehicle produces 1,225 horsepower and 12,000 N·m of peak wheel torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.9 seconds, exceeding Formula One acceleration standards by 1.5 times. Its body is constructed entirely from high-strength aerospace-grade carbon fiber, giving it one of the industry’s leading lightweight performance profiles.

The vehicle also features long-fiber carbon ceramic brake discs developed with aerospace technology previously reserved for fighter jets and large aircraft. These brakes are the first of their kind produced in China, ending a decades-long dependence on foreign technology in the country’s supercar industry.
The latest Hyper SSR model introduces several technological upgrades, including GAC’s self-developed 900V silicon carbide chip that reduces power consumption by 80% compared to previous generations while supporting sustained high-power output. The vehicle incorporates AI racing track technology with multiple driving modes and voice-controlled intelligence that adapts to road conditions in real time.
Additional features include intelligent butterfly doors operated by millimeter-wave radar that automatically open as the owner approaches. Buyers can choose from six exterior colors, three brake caliper finishes, and two forged wheel designs. The driver-focused interior includes a 14.6-inch center display, an 8.8-inch instrument cluster, a hexagonal racing-inspired steering wheel, and hand-wrapped vegetable-tanned leather crafted by master artisans.

The Hyper SSR will be offered globally with suggested retail prices ranging from US$350,000 to US$510,000, depending on configuration and market. Customers can choose from three variants: Hyper SSR, Hyper SSR Sprint, and Hyper SSR Ultimate. Extensive personalization options will include bespoke nameplates, interior color combinations, and multiple forged wheel selections.
To preserve exclusivity, deliveries will be carefully allocated across international markets. Every purchase will also include comprehensive door-to-door insurance coverage from factory pickup through final delivery.
The Hyper SSR agreement marks the beginning of a broader partnership between Windsor House of Cars and GAC. Windsor Capital, the parent company of Windsor House of Cars, announced plans to establish a revolving credit facility exceeding US$1 billion to finance vehicle inventory and support efficient global distribution, strengthening liquidity and operational scalability.
The companies also revealed plans for GAC to manufacture a proprietary Windsor House of Cars vehicle lineup spanning five categories. The lineup will include a premium electric pickup truck, a flagship luxury sedan, a full-size luxury SUV, an unmanned eVTOL drone taxi for urban air mobility, and a Windsor-branded supercar built on GAC’s pure electric performance platform.
Each vehicle will be designed according to Windsor specifications and produced using GAC’s manufacturing infrastructure, the same facilities that build the Hyper SSR. This arrangement provides Windsor House of Cars with a complete branded vehicle portfolio while simultaneously granting it exclusive international distribution rights for GAC’s flagship products.
Windsor House of Cars is also seeking dealer and reseller partners worldwide, targeting established luxury automotive groups, motorsport retailers, and ultra-high-net-worth distribution networks throughout the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, Latin America, and Africa.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, Windsor House of Cars operates a global luxury automotive distribution business alongside its Beijing-based Golden Port automotive culture and motorsport division. Golden Port has more than 20 years of industry experience and operates Goldenport Motor Park, Beijing’s premier racing circuit and home to the eGT China Championship. The complex hosts more than 80 automotive businesses, including showrooms for Porsche, Ferrari, Tesla, and Brabus.
The Hyper SSR is manufactured at GAC’s Hualong Town intelligent new energy vehicle industrial park in Guangzhou on the world’s first dedicated pure electric supercar production line. With production capped at 330 vehicles annually, the Hyper SSR represents a significant milestone for China’s automotive industry, ending what has often been described as the country’s 70-year supercar drought.
